My Experience being a part of trainobment was very enthusiastic, it was very interesting and joyful to be a part of this program.  As we know soft skills play a vital role in everyone’s life. In this trainobment program, I learned many skills like:-

1- How to communicate with others.

2- How to stand and face everything like a leader.

3- How to organize work properly.

4- Listening to others very patiently.

5- Learned how to be punctual and displacing in our life.

6- The most important thing I learned was teamwork.

Enormayu trainobment program:-

As I was the part of this program I want to tell you that it was very useful to me and I think other trainers too. Enormayu is that platform where you will learn so many things and I am sure it will help you in your future. It is also a paid internship program where you will easily get money by winning or participating in the contest. Enormayu helps you to build your soft skills, how to face interviews, and crack it very easily. It also helps undergraduate students to find internships and building their careers. They assist the students in profile branding which is very mandatory for everyone.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND STRESS MANAGEMENT:-

We learned things like Time management and stress management, in our life good time management is essential if we are to handle a heavy workload without excessive stress.

Time management helps us to reduce long-term stress by giving us the right direction when we have too much work to do. It put us in control of where we are going and helps us to increase our productivity. 

In my opinion, Trainobment is the best platform for our time management and stress management.

ROUTINE CHALLENGE:-

As the trainobment MCPB program started, The first thing they taught us was about discipline and punctuality in our day to day life. According to them waking up early is the sign of a bright future so they started a daily routine challenge in which we have to get up early and post something good on our social media. This routine challenge helped us to wake up early, those who didn’t have the practice to wake up early this challenge helped them a lot. 

PASSION FACTOR:-

As the trainobment program began they first helped us to follow our passion and by doing again and again we won’t get any bored by following our passion.  Yes, it makes an impact on our lives because many people are still there who don’t follow there passion they go for other things that destroy their future as well as there life. It makes us so blind that we forget our dream and started doing other works. Trainobment helps us to fetch our dream and follow our passion.

WEBSITE BUILDING:-

Developing your own website is something all people want. Trainobment program helps us to develop our own website with the help of WIX and also gives lifetime access to us. Having a personal website will boost our chances of landing a job and people from all over the world will get us to know much. In today’s digital world everyone is connected in some way to the world website in order to satisfy their entertainment, education, research, and consumer needs and so, therefore, trainobment helps us to build our own website to have a good opportunity to a fetch a job.

VIDEO RESUME EXPERIENCE:-

A video resume is a resume where you can record your own video and send them via mail or post on other social media. It is also the easiest way of hiring freshers or any other experienced worker. Trainobment MCPB Program helped us to do our own video resume and they also started a contest in which they posted our video on Youtube so which other companies can easily hire us by watching our video resume. As I said before trainobment is a paid internship program they started a contest and those who have more likes they are paid more. This also made us work hard and win the contest anyhow. It was teamwork, we learned many things in that get to know many other people too, it was very joyful and interesting.

ADVANCED HIRING TECHNOLOGY:-

As we know it is a new type of hiring technology. Trainobment also helps us to learn about new things so that in the future we will not face any problem.

APTITUDE SEASON:-

Nowadays Aptitude also plays a vital role in everyone’s life for the hiring process. The program taught us how to easily solve aptitude in a given time. They taught us the exact trick to apply in aptitude and get the job easily. 

The psychology of hiring and dealing with levels of the manager indeed truly helped me.

GUEST LECTURE:-

The Trainobment did a guest lecture and it was done by Mr. Murlidharan R Nair.  He is an inspiration for us. It was very valuable and informative, he shared a lot many things with us, like how he struggled and got the dream job which he wanted. He followed his heart and dream and he became a successful man at an early age. His lecture was indeed very useful for fresher like us as we are going to start our life. It was very inspiring, learned how to face difficulties in our life.

Thank you Enormayu to give us an opportunity to attend the guest lecture.

TEAMWORK:-

Teamwork is something which should be done is a proper manner. It is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.

Enormayu helped us by forming a team and appoint us to do teamwork in which we learned how to do teamwork, other activities and It also promotes an atmosphere that fosters friendship and loyalty.

In every contest, we choose our own team leaders, and being a team leader is something different. The team leader leads the team to complete the work in the given time. The team leader has all the responsibilities in his head and had to complete the task in the given time. It is a very hard role but in another way, it makes us strong and happy. Some of the ways team leaders ensure they reach their goals is by delegating tasks to their members, including themselves.

THE OUTCOMES:-

The Trainobment program helped us to develop our soft skills as well as communication. The internship was indeed very useful to us and it will also help in our future too. The program was very interesting. I would recommend for this trainobment internship. Thank you Enormayu for teaching me the value of soft skills.
